Terminal 1 (T1) is the largest terminal at Toronto Pearson Airport. It has 58 gates spread over 4 levels. T1 serves Air Canada, United, Lufthansa, and Emirates. You will find it on the west side of the airport.

Level 3 – Departures / Check-in

  • Over 200 check-in counters

  • Security checkpoints: Domestic (D gates), International (E gates), US (F gates)

  • Drop-off area for private cars, taxis, and limos

Level 2 – Mezzanine

  • Connects to the parking garage

Exit Doors by Flight Type

  • International (non-US) – Customs → baggage → exit at Door C or D

  • US Transborder – US customs (at YYZ) → baggage → exit at Door E or F

Note: US flights exit at Door E or F. Walk 2 to 3 minutes to reach Door C or D.

  • By car, taxi, or limo – Follow signs to “Departures Level” (upper roadway)

  • By UP Express – Train arrives at Level 3, near check-in

  • By TTC bus – Drops at Ground Level, take elevator to Level 3

  • From parking garage – Elevator to Level 3, walk 2 to 4 minutes

Parking at Terminal 1

  • Terminal 1 Garage – Connected to T1. Walk 2 to 4 minutes. No shuttle needed.

  • Value Park Lot – Near Viscount Station. Walk 8 to 10 minutes. Free shuttle available.

From T1 Garage to Arrivals – Take elevator to Level 2, then follow signs.

From Value Park – Take free shuttle to Door Q.
