Terminal 3 Departures Level 2 – Complete Guide with Map
Terminal 3 at a Glance
Terminal 3 is used by WestJet, Air Transat, Flair, and Sunwing. WestJet mainly flies from Terminal 3, but check your boarding pass because some WestJet flights leave from Terminal 1.
Terminal 3 has two levels. Departures Level 2has check-in, security, B Gates for US and Canada flights, and C Gates for international flights. Arrivals Ground Level has baggage claim, pickup zones, rental cars, and Uber pickup.
The LINK Train is on Level 2 in the middle of the terminal. It connects to Terminal 1 and parking for free. Trains come every 4 to 8 minutes.
By car, take Hwy 401 exit 359 and follow signs to Terminal 3. By UP Express, go to Terminal 1 first, then take the LINK Train.
Terminal 3 Departures Level 2
- WestJet check-in counters are at Entrance 3. Go inside and turn right.
- There are two security points. One near Entrance 2 and one near Entrance 4.
- After security, B Gates are on the left side for US and Canada flights. C Gates are on the right side for international flights.
- The nearest washroom before security is near Entrance 2.
- The elevator to Arrivals is near Gate B15.
- How long does it take?
Security to Gate B20: 5 to 7 minutes
Security to Gate C32: 8 to 10 minutes
Gate B15 to Gate C30: 10 to 12 minutes
Terminal 3 Arrivals Ground Level
Baggage claim belts: Belt 1 to 4 are for international flights. Belt 5 to 7 are for domestic and US flights.
Pickup zones: Zone A is at the West end, Zone B is in the center, and Zone C is at the East end.
Rental car counters are on the ground level. After you exit, turn right.
Uber and Lyft pickup is at Parking Garage Level 1. Follow the purple signs.
Taxis are on the ground level. Go outside the exit and follow the taxi line.

Pickup, Drop-off & Parking – How To Navigate
Drop-off (Departures): Level 2 curbside. 3 minutes maximum. Follow “Departures” signs.
Pickup (Arrivals): Ground Level, Zones A, B, or C. Wait in cell phone lot until passenger is ready.
Uber and Lyft: Parking garage Level 1. Follow purple “Rideshare Pickup” signs.
Taxi: Ground Level, designated taxi line outside exit doors.
Short-term parking: Directly across from terminal. Covered walkway connects to terminal.
Daily parking: Take LINK train from Viscount station to Terminal 3.
